Ruta Dew on Being a Military Mom, Having Structure and Building the Life You Want

Technical Sgt. Ruta Dew is an Airman in the U.S. Air Force, a wife and a mother of 3. Motherhood comes in all shapes and sizes and in this episode, I have the honor of chatting with Ruta about the journey that led her into the Air Force, how she manages being a mom and wife while serving our country, and why structure is important in order to build the life you want.

Ruta is straight forward about the challenges of balancing motherhood, her career, marriage and aspirations. She likens her role to running a business, saying “Your marriage and family IS your business, so you have to operate it like one."
